Materials<\/strong>
\nPaper and something to write with for each team.<\/p>\n

Game Objective<\/strong>
\nIn this icebreaker, teams race to create lists of things that all the team members have in common.<\/p>\n

Game Play<\/strong>
\n1. Form equal-sized teams of at least 3 persons.
\n2. Give each team a sheet of paper and something to write with.
\n3. Tell teams to list everything they can think of that all team members have in common. (e.g. like the same band, play the same sports, etc)
\n4. Let teams have three to five minutes to create their lists.
\n5. When time is up, ask the team with the longest list to read the similarities they listed.
\n6. Ask teams who had similarities not already shared to mention them.<\/p>\n

Application<\/strong>
\n* Why is it important to understand the ways we are alike?
\n* How can the ways we are alike be a bond between us?
\n* How can similarities benefit the body of Christ?<\/p>\n

Variation<\/strong>
\nInstead of listing similarities, have groups list their differences.
\n* How can our differences sometimes cause division?
\n* How are the differences beneficial?
\n* Why didn’t God create us all the same?<\/p>\n

Game extension<\/strong>
\nHave the entire group list the similarities\/ differences they have.<\/p>\n
