  4. \u201cEach of us from birth possesses skills that either qualify or disqualify us from certain tasks.\u00a0 Those skills often lie dormant until some crisis calls forth their exercise.\u00a0 They can and should be developed.\u201d (34)<\/li>\n
  5. \u201cBecause qualities of natural leadership are by no means unimportant in
    \nspiritual leadership, there is value in seeking to discover leadership potential both in oneself and in others.\u00a0 Most people have latent and undeveloped traits that, through lack of self analysis and consequent lack of self knowledge, may long remain undiscovered\u201d (43)<\/li>\n
  6. \u201cIt is the perogative of the Spirit to bestow spiritual gifts that greatly enhance the leadership potential of the recipient.\u201d (35)<\/li>\n
