‘Twas the night before Christmas, when all through the church
\nYouth leaders were panicked, left in a lurch.
\nThe Youth Christmas Party, was one day away
\nAnd they hadn’t decided, what to do or to say<\/p>\n

The youth were all restless, expectations sky high
\nWacky icebreakers, games, and devotions, OH MY!
\nStockings a mystery and they didn’t wear socks,
\nBut everyone knew the Church Christmas Party rocks.<\/p>\n

Youth leader, in office, was quite discontent
\nNo new ideas, his creativity spent.
\n“We’ve already done that, this game just won’t work,
\nAnd if we do that one, some kid would get hurt.”<\/p>\n

He sat at his desk, his head in his hands
\nThen downloaded email, while he pondered his plans.
\nHis inbox he opened, there waiting within
