“Champions are not those who never fail, they are those who never\u00a0quit…Men love winners. \u00a0They want to be identified with winners. Men open\u00a0a newspaper and turn directly to the sports page because it features\u00a0winners, while the front page usually features losers…Champions are the\u00a0right man, in the right place, at the right time. \u00a0Timing is all important.<\/p>\n

God has an eternal clock which was started from the beginning of time to\u00a0make you become a champion for Him. \u00a0To become a \u00a0champion, you must see\u00a0yourself \u00a0as a champion. \u00a0Hanging on to the fear of failure, the sins of\u00a0others and past mistakes will keep you from becoming a champion. \u00a0Champions\u00a0are made, not born. \u00a0Many champions start with severe handicaps in life, but\u00a0in making the effort to overcome, they find the ability to continue until\u00a0they have excelled beyond those even without handicaps.<\/p>\n

The athlete, the\u00a0farmer and the soldier all have different ways of winning. \u00a0Each of them\u00a0does his training, plowing or exercising in private, and they show their\u00a0abilities in public…The fainthearted never win, they wilt. \u00a0They start\u00a0well, but fade before they finish…<\/p>\n

Joshua was a member of the championship team. \u00a0He could hardly stand to\u00a0see other men who didn’t feel the way he did, and finally issued the\u00a0challenge that lives on forever:<\/p>\n

‘Choose this day whom you will serve,<\/strong>
\nbut as for me and my house,<\/strong>
\nwe will serve the Lord’<\/strong><\/p>\n
