“And let us consider how to provoke one another to love and good deeds, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some.”\u00a0Hebrews 1024-25a<\/strong><\/p>\n

Relationships are critical for youth. \u00a0We can’t survive without relationships some casual, some close, and some\u00a0intimate. It’s important to have shared moments and experiences and simply\u00a0to be present for another person. This communion with other people is a\u00a0celebration of life and God which lifts my spirits and lets me know that I am not alone. Companionship is essential if I am to continue to make progress in my journey of discipleship. Being there for someone and knowing someone understands my fears gives me strength to go on.<\/p>\n

Each day I look for opportunities to give of myself as well as to receive what others have to share. I set aside time to be with my family, friends, and faith community. I have a primary responsibility to myself and the people I care about to spend time in their presence and to share myself with them.<\/p>\n
